Is Ruda the replacement for Ron Meyers?
Negative. He's the new Captain in charge of the entire Public Information section, which includes the three PSO positions down in OCD, as well as multiple PIO's who interact with the media and public at HQ and on major incidents in the field.
Great post... keep going Mr. Capt. I think we need a lot of thing to learn from this guy. Code 6 Charles has been working hard in this post act. I think we're having lucky.
